• Pete Barnes – at-large (1 year term)
• Karen Scriver – at-large (2 year term)
• Gary Zimmerman – at-large (2 year term)
• Scott Burney – at-large (2 year term)

Board members were elected by near consensus votes in all cases, with a maximum of 41 yes votes, and a maximum of 1 no vote. (We also adopted revisions to our bylaws to introduce 2-year terms, with positions up for election in staggered years to encourage board continuity in future years — positions filled by returning board member and open at-large positions up to a total of 9 board members will be open for elections to two year terms in 2022; positions filled by new board members will be up for election in 2023.)
