The City has started a development tracker. This shows projects that are in the planning phase (typically those that are with Planning and Zoning). Approved projects may not always be shown. Nor those that are in the Building Permit phase.

Click here to access the tracker, and zoom into the area you want to see, and then click on the colored areas which are projects you want to learn more about.

For a more detailed search for information on a project you are interested in, you can visit the city’s “Permitting and Licensing” page (also known as “Accela”), and enter the street address you are interested in, in the search box in the upper right.
